Caleb Gafrarar Set to Fight for Race Wins at USPKS Competition

It is another week and another weekend of racing for Caleb Gafrarar. Set to take on the Briggs & Stratton Motorplex on the grounds of Road America, the Rolison Performance Group (RPG) driver will compete in a pair of IAME powered classes as he battles the stout competition of the United States Pro Kart Series (USPKS).

Sitting second in the X30 Pro Junior championship standings and fifth in KA100 Junior, Gafrarar has a shot at claiming a pair of national championships with two event weekends and four races remaining

“I am only 48 points back in X30 Junior with two wins and an additional podium,” explained Gafrarar. “We had one bad race that has put us behind, but we are ready to fight this weekend and see if we can leave Wisconsin with the point lead.”

With a strong chance to top the X30 Pro Junior podium and potential championship, the KA100 Junior class is a long shot at best. Utilizing the class to try and go after race wins and for some additional track time, Gafrarar is anxious to get back behind the wheel of his RPG prepped Circle K branded Kosmic chassis.

“The KA class is a pretty simple mindset for me,” added Gafrarar, who was a guest of Exclusive Autosport at the Road to Indy event this past weekend. “Seat time, learn, and win are the three key takeaways that I will use the 100cc class for and hopefully the additional track time will give me an edge on my competition.”

Looking to get the edge right off the trailer, Caleb Gafrarar and the rest of the USPKS drivers will hit the track Thursday for unofficial practice before official sessions begin on Friday. Saturday and Sunday will see qualifying lead into wheel-to-wheel racing in which Caleb G hopes to find his way to the top step of the podium and take home some hardware.

Caleb Gafrarar would like to thank Rolison Performance Group, OTK USA, Kosmic, Circle K, Bell Helmets, Minus 273, From the Ashes and CPI Security for the continued support in the 2022 racing season.
