Finishing the 2021 season with four straight podium results with his new team, North Carolina resident and Rolison Performance Group (RPG) driver Caleb Gafrarar is looking to keep that streak alive. Set to take on the AMR Motorplex in the shadows of the Homestead-Miami Speedway, Gafrarar will take on the talent filled X30 Junior and the KA100 Junior fields in the Superkarts! USA (SKUSA) Winter Series.
“It was a successful end to last season, and I am looking forward to getting a new year started,” explained Caleb G. “I have my goals set high and have the team behind and the equipment under me to get the job done. My goal is to put RPG and Kosmic on the top step of the podium.”
With the 2021 season ending less than four weeks ago, Gafrarar’s 2022 campaign will take the green flag this coming weekend with the opening two rounds of the SKUSA Winter Series.
Gafrarar added, “I have been upfront, stood on the podium and won races since making the switch to RPG but I am still missing a championship. With two series of competition in the first three months of the season, I have a good opportunity to find my way to the top of the championship point standings and that is one of my many goals in 2022.”
Unofficial practice begins on Wednesday afternoon and rolling through Thursday and Friday before two complete race days on Saturday and Sunday. Stay tuned to the Caleb Gafrarar social media pages for news, information, photos and results from the event weekend.
